Sandwich plate material withintermediate heat insulation cotton; Square pipe welding; 4 parts sliding glass window with lift up window on one side and one additional window on back side for selling, total of 2 windows(sliding glass window with lift up window); Under windows it is some small windows to display food and drinks inside; One side entrance door.Dry storage,Top side display area plus additional under counter dry storage

3.Flooring: 
Aluminum checkered plate with drain, easy to clean up

4.Water and drainage systems: 
Heavy-duty water system plumbing with automatic water pump, 12V mini water pump and 12V power adapter; on/off control switch; Double stainless steel sinks with faucet, cold and hot water, freshwater tank and wastewater tank.

5.Devices of internal working surface: 
HIgh quality stainless steel countertops, stainless steel cupboards (big storeroom) and stainless steel doors below. Big display area with glass windows. Two sales windows are separately installed in removable glass windows (prevention of sandstorms and heating air)

FAQ:
Q1. What is the package?
Food carts will be in bulk package, wrapped with bubble film or foam;
1 units should be shipped by 1x20ft(GP) container, FCL, (drawbar and wheels removed);
4 units should be shipped by 1x40ft(HQ) container, FCL (only drawbar removed);
Drawbar or wheels will be removed, customer need to assemble them when received (very easy by screws).

Q2. What is the lead time or production time ?
Usually lead time is 20~30 working days after order confirmed.
Will be a little different based on different models and quantity, seasons.
We will do our best to make it as quickly as possible.
Shipping to customer's place time will be different according to different countries, ports, vessels etc.

Q3. What is the payment term?
T/T, 50% pre-payment upon order confirmed, all balance need to be paid before shipment.

Q4. What standards does the food cart trailers meet ?

Q7. Can I have a confirmation sample before I order ?
Actually, size of a food cart is very big, so sample is OK as a small order, should be shipped by sea.
Small cart can be packed with wooden box and shipped by sharing container, LCL.
Big cart (longer than 280cm) can be shipped by whole container, FCL.

Q8. How do I buy? Or how should I place an order to you?
Please follow the the following steps:
1) We both discuss requirements, confirm details;
2) We make proforma invoice for you, with products details and bank account;
3) You pay 50% deposit, then we produce food trailer and take pictures for you;
4) You pay all balance after production finished, then we ship food cart out to you.
