Main Parameter:Food truck is special vehicle which equipped with kitchen equipment to cook and sell food,Such as Ice cream,Frozen or Prepackaged food,Sandwiches,Hamburgers,French fries, and other regional fast food.The equipment are includes Fryer(Double or Single),Roaster,Rinse boiler,Pop hot machine,Stoven,Steamer and Heating retaining drawer,Hand sink,Working Bench and so on.We can also supply OEM truck for customer special demand.
(1) Chassis and Frame:Adopt Chinese Famous brand light truck chassis,such as HOWO,Foton,Faw and choose as customer's demand. Integral steel frame construction and suspension components treated with rust resistant protective coating.
Wheels: Double axle with two tyres and One Lifting Guide Pulley;
Drawbar: Tractor drawbar with safety ball headed coupling; dual towing chains for safety and security while towing; High
visibility LED tail light signal system;
(2)Body: Sandwich plate material withintermediate heat insulation cotton; Square pipe welding;4 parts sliding glass window with lift up window on one side and one additional window on back side for selling, total of 2 windows(sliding glass window with lift up window);Under windows it is some small windows to display food and drinks inside;
One side entrance door. Dry storage, Top side display area plus additional under counter with dry storage.
(3) Flooring: Aluminum checkered plate with drain, easy to clean up;
(4) Water and drainage systems: Heavy-duty water system plumbing with automatic water pump, 12V mini water pump and 12V power adapter; on/off control switch; Double stainless steel sinks with faucet, cold and hot water, freshwater tank and wastewater tank;
(5) Electricity distribution: 2 integrate lamps with one on/off switch; 4 Multi-Function sockets; Power distribution box, Breaker and external cables available;
(6) Devices of internal working surface: High quality stainless steel countertops, stainless steel cupboards (big storeroom) and stainless steel doors below.Big display area with glass windows. Two sales windows are separately installed in removable glass windows (prevention of sandstorms and heating air);
(7).Standard Equipments Inside:
High quality stainless steel countertop,under storage cabinets with sliding doors;Two layers stainless steel shelves on backwall.
One gas oven
One freezer with two door under countertop.
Case drawer.
