Main Structure of truck mounted crane:
1.Generally, only four active and driven wheels are used in crane operation mechanism of truck mounted crane. If the lifting capacity is large, it is often used to increase wheels to reduce wheel pressure. When there are more than four wheels, an articulated equalizing frame device must be used to make the load of the crane evenly distributed on each wheel.
2.The metal structure of the bridge is composed of main beam and end beam, which can be divided into single girder bridge and double beam bridge. The single girder bridge is composed of a single main beam and end beams on both sides of the span, while the double beam bridge is composed of two main beams and end beams.
3.The main beam is rigidly connected with the end beam, and wheels are installed at both ends of the end beam to support the bridge running on the viaduct. The main beam is welded with rails for the crane trolley to run. There are many structural types of bridge girder, and the typical ones are box structure, four truss structure and vierendeel truss structure.
4.The box structure can be divided into normal track box double beam, skew rail box double beam, skew rail box single girder and so on. The main girder is composed of upper and lower flange plates and vertical webs on both sides. The trolley rail is arranged on the center line of the upper flange plate. Its structure is simple, the manufacturing is convenient, and it is suitable for mass production, but its weight is large.
