1.Purpose of vacuum suction truck:
Mainly used for the suction, transportation, and discharge of sludge, feces, or sediment from sewage tanks in sewers, rainwater wells, inspection wells, septic tanks, and various ditches and channels in petrochemical plants. The suction pump can self suction and discharge, the suction tank can be hydraulically self discharged, and the back cover can be hydraulically opened. The suction truck has high vacuum degree and long suction range. The vehicle performs sludge and sewage suction operations under high vacuum conditions, and special attention should be paid to its operation.
The sewage suction truck is mainly used to clean the sediment in urban sewers, pipelines, and clear dead corners of mud ditches. It can also be used to clean industrial drainage pipelines, walls, etc. It can also be used for watering, transporting water, and flushing highways. In emergency situations, it can be used for firefighting.
2.Structure
The composition of the sewage suction truck includes an oil-water separator, a water gas separator, a dedicated vacuum sewage suction pump, a volumetric pressure gauge, a pipeline system, a suction duct, a self flow valve, a vacuum tank body, a connector (fecal window), a fully automatic overflow valve, and a hydraulic kit.
The four major systems of the chassis: braking system, transmission system, driving system, and steering system
3.Working principle
Due to the continuous immersion of the fecal suction hose on the liquid surface, the air inside the fecal tank becomes thinner and thinner as it cannot be replenished. As a result, the pressure inside the tank is lower than atmospheric pressure, and the fecal liquid enters the tank through the fecal suction hose under atmospheric pressure. Or due to the proximity of the siphon tube to the bottom of the tank, when air is continuously discharged into the manure tank, it is compressed because there is no way out, causing the pressure inside the tank to be higher than atmospheric pressure. The manure liquid is discharged outside the tank through the siphon tube and suction hose under the action of compressed air.
