Tunnel comprehensive inspection vehicle is mainly developed for surface quality inspection of high-speed railway, subway and highway tunnels. The equipment in the inspection vehicle can be replaced to expand the scope of application. Products have been issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and CCC certificate, can be legally registered and used all over the world;

The detection vehicle adopts the structure of "chassis + detection cabin", which consists of the vehicle (including chassis, box, generator set and main control room), ground penetrating ra dar detection system, apparent disease detection system, etc.
1.Vehicle chassis for testing equipment to provide transport platform;
2.The compartment is used to isolate the surface detection system, ground penetrating ra dar detection system, hydraulic system, control system and other instruments in the box from dust and moisture during vehicle transfer.
3.Under the working condition, open the arch sliding door, the GPR detection system and the apparent detection system can realize no shielding operation, and the GPR antenna can be extended to the preset position by the mechanical arm drive.
4.In the non-working state, the ra dar antenna is returned to the initial position and removed, and the box is closed. The main control room is equipped with operating platform, main control computer, UPS power supply, vehicle status monitoring system, seats and other infrastructure to provide power and operation space for the process control system. The GPR detection system consists of hydraulic system, mechanical arm, electronic control system, ra dar antenna, ra dar host, etc. The hydraulic system, mechanical arm and electronic control system are installed in the detection vehicle body. As ra dar antenna and main engine are valuable instruments, they are usually stored in the warehouse of the unit. When testing, the ra dar host placed in master control room operating platform, at the same time the four ra dar antenna (16 kg or less) installed on the end of the mechanical arm, the other two ra dar antenna installed on the trunk side under the master control room (tail), ra dar host by cluster with the antenna cable connection, electric control system according to the detection of tunnel section size and line position, Control mechanical arm expansion and Angle adjustment, ra dar antenna and lining non-contact scanning detection.
The apparent disease detection system consists of mounting frame, 10 industrial cameras, 3D laser scanner and control system. Among them, 3d laser scanner belongs to high precision instrument, generally stored in the warehouse, need to use, it is fixed in the red position of the apparent detection frame; 10 industrial cameras and control systems are mounted on the apparent detection system frame, which is fixed in the vehicle shelter.
