Powder material transportation semi-trailer is a specialized vehicle for transporting dry powder materials such as bulk cement and fly ash, mainly suitable for weight based charging areas. The tank has a capacity of 55 cubic meters. Compressed air is input into the bottom chamber of the tank through a vehicle mounted air compressor, causing the material to be fluidized and transported through pipelines. The discharge speed reaches 1.4 tons/minute, and the residual rate is only 0.2%.
This model adopts a double cone inward tilting horizontal tank structure, with a built-in airbag fluidized bed design to improve unloading efficiency. The tank body is made of fully enclosed carbon steel, and the frame adopts low-alloy steel welding technology. It is equipped with three-axis steel plate spring suspension and dual tube pneumatic braking system, and comes standard with ABS anti lock device. The entire vehicle complies with national technical specifications, with a maximum total weight of 40000 kg, a length limit of 16 meters, and tire specifications not exceeding 8.25-20. The power system is mostly composed of Weichai engines and air compressors, meeting the specialized transportation needs of bulk materials.
