There are two types of vehicles, explosion relief spherical tank vehicle and explosion relief equipment vehicle
The EOD spherical tank vehicle is refitted with light truck chassis, integrating the EOD spherical tank on the truck
chassis, realizing automatic control, video monitoring, long-distance transfer and transportation of explosives,
supplemented by security inspection and EOD equipment transportation, on-site lighting and other functions. It has
the requirements of rapid response and is an ideal new type of equipment.
The explosive removal equipment vehicle is refitted from the bus chassis. According to the requirements of rapid
work,the layout design is carried out according to the size, shape and category characteristics of the explosive
removal equipment. The vehicle layout is reasonable, the space utilization rate is high, and the movement speed
is effectively improved against the threat of explosives. The whole vehicle is equipped with integrated warning
lights,explosive removal equipment transportation, monitoring cameras, strong light lighting, power supply system
and other equipment,which are necessary to ensure the safety of people's lives and property.

The main function configuration of the explosion relief spherical tank truck is as follows:
1. Explosion elimination system: spherical explosion-proof tank, with antiknock capacity not less than 3kgTNT
equivalent, with remote electric open/close tank function. In order to facilitate the operation of the explosive removal
robot, a pull-out robot is specially installed for climbing.
2. Equipment transportation system: make equipment compartment, which can be used to place security inspection
and explosive removal equipment and be equipped with fixed strap.
3. Communication system: the system establishes communication with the command center within the 350MHz private
network coverage;
4. Camera monitoring: the system uses cameras to monitor the surroundings of the vehicle and the explosion-proof
spherical tank in an all-round way. The on-board equipment can display and store the camera data in real time;
5. Strong light lighting system: lifting vehicle mobile lighting equipment.
6. Reverse safety system: rear view function.
7. Warning system: with strong audible and visual warning function.
8. Power supply system: the system is composed of on-board battery, external mains supply and inverter power supply,
providing reliable AC220V AC and 12V DC power supply for on-board equipment.
